The Burdhen Of Pleasing: When Emphaty Turns Into Self-Neglect

    We all know someone who appears to feel the world's misery as their own; their heart overflows with compassion, weeping for the sorrows of others. Yet, their own well-being often gets lost in the tide of their empathy.

  It's crucial to remember that while empathy is a powerful tool, it's not a superpower. It's perfectly acceptable to set boundaries and say no sometimes. 

 It's important to prioritize your own needs. You can't effectively help others if you're not taking care of yourself often gets lost in the tide of their empathy.
